Ordered some specialist cat food from this site and after a couple of days noticed that it still said "awaiting fulfilment", which was odd because there was nothing on the website on ordering to suggest it would be delayed. Phoned their number, got straight through to an operative, who was incredibly apologetic, said that the website shouldn't have let me order it as it had been out of stock at the time, but that it was coming in the next day and she'd organise expedited delivery. So website maybe lacking some checks, but excellent customer service overall.

Hyperdrug is amazing. We order medicine for our beloved dog from them, and they are incredibly fast. It's a controlled drug, so they always need the original prescription, but it's really efficient and we received the delivery within two days of ordering despite only posting the prescription to them that day. Their prices are good too, and their customer service. Amazing!

I use Hyperdrug's pet prescription service. It is fast and reliable. My vet will only give me a written prescription when my dog's medicine is nearly all used, giving me a very short timeframe to order it. As a controlled drug, I need to post the prescription but Hyperdrug have always sent the capsules on the same day they receive the prescription, so I receive the medication in time. Would recommend.

I was very pleased with the variety of pet supplies. I found it easy to order and pay.
